Statisfy brings everything you know about your customers into one place — meetings, emails, support tickets, CRM records, product usage — and puts an AI assistant on top of it. What is Statisfy?

Most teams keep customer information scattered across a CRM, a support desk, an inbox, a calendar, and a handful of spreadsheets. Statisfy connects to those tools, keeps the data in sync automatically, and turns it into a single, always-current picture of every customer — so you can:

Where your data comes from

Statisfy connects to the tools you already use — no engineering help needed for most of them: Start with Integration Concepts to understand how self-serve connections work, then pick your tool from the Integrations tab.

How teams use Statisfy

  • CS and account managers live in Accounts, Activities, Workbench, and Stella — reviewing health, prepping for meetings, and clearing AI-suggested actions.
  • CS and RevOps leaders use Reports, Renewals, and Segments to track the book of business and spot risk early.
  • Admins set up Integrations, configure fields in the Object Manager, and build automations in Agent Studio. See User Management & Roles.

First steps

  1. Log in and look around — use Global Search to find any account or contact instantly.
  2. Connect your tools — an admin connects your CRM, email/calendar, and support desk from the Integrations page. Data starts flowing within a day.
  3. Invite your team — add users and assign roles. See User Management & Roles.
  4. Ask Stella something — try “Summarize my top 5 accounts by risk” and see what comes back.
