The Workbench has been reorganised. It now lives in the sidebar, opens on three sections, and treats each customer conversation as one item instead of one card per draft. This page walks through every change side by side, so you can find what you used before and see what replaced it.
Everything you could do before, you can still do. Drafts, sending, dismissing, Stella revisions, and version history all work as described in the Workbench Overview. What changed is where things are and how the list is organised.

Finding the Workbench

The sidebar with My Meetings and My Emails rows and the Dashboard and Workbench strip above the queue

Before: Workbench tab in the top strip, My Meetings and My Emails in the sidebar

The sidebar with a Workbench row and the Queue, Conversations and Meetings sections above the queue

After: Workbench row in the sidebar, sections across the top

The Meetings section appears when you have an AI CSP or Notetaker licence. Without one, you see Queue and Conversations, and My Meetings stays in the sidebar.

The Queue

The Queue is still the list of items waiting for you, but it is organised by conversation rather than by draft.
The old queue panel under the Workbench heading, with Actions, Review and History buttons and a type dropdown above the cards

Before: the Workbench heading, then Actions, Review and History with a type dropdown

The new queue panel under the Queue, Conversations and Meetings sections, with Open and Closed buttons, a Filters button and a sort above cards that show an account and channel line

After: the Queue section, then Open and Closed with Filters and a sort

The old type dropdown open over the queue, listing All types, Emails, Slack, Teams, Tickets and Tasks

Before: the type dropdown

The Filters panel open over the queue, listing Workbench Action and Account objects with fields such as Type, State and Drafted by

After: the Filters panel sets conditions on the item or its account

To get the old type filter back, click Filters, choose Type, and pick the types you want. To see only what a Digital Worker drafted, filter on Drafted by.

Working on an item

The context panel and the Stella chat used to slide over the item. They now sit beside it.
The old Workbench with an email draft open and the context panel sliding over it from the right

Before: the context panel slides over the draft

The new Workbench with the same email draft open and a Details tab docked on its right showing the account, meeting and recent activity

After: the Details tab is docked beside the draft

The old Workbench with an email draft open and the Stella chat sliding over it from the right

Before: Ask Stella opens a chat over the item

The new Workbench with the same email draft open and the Stella tab of the docked panel open beside it

After: the Stella tab in the docked panel

Replies open as the conversation

A drafted email, Slack, or Teams reply used to open in the action canvas. It now opens as the conversation it belongs to, with the conversation’s own details beside it.
The old Workbench with an email reply open in the action canvas, the thread above the composer and the context icon and Ask Stella in the action bar

Before: a reply opens in the action canvas

The new Workbench with the same reply open as its conversation: the account in the header, the customer's message, the reply composer, and a Details tab with status and assignee beside them

After: the same reply opens as its conversation

Thread history

New. The History tab beside a conversation lists every reply drafted on that thread, newest first: the current draft, replies that were sent, and replies that were dismissed, each with when it happened and who acted. Select one to open it read-only, with its recipients and text as they were. Click Copy text to reuse wording from an earlier reply without changing what was sent.
A conversation open in the Workbench with the History tab beside it listing a current draft, three sent replies and one dismissed reply

The History tab lists the thread's past replies

The same conversation with a sent reply opened read-only from the History tab, with Close and Copy text buttons

A past reply opens read-only, with Copy text

Conversations

The Conversations section replaces the My Emails page and brings Slack and Teams threads in alongside email.
The My Emails page showing a table of email threads with sentiment and account

Before: the My Emails table

The Conversations board with Needs Response, Waiting on Us, Waiting on Customer, On Hold and Closed columns, channel chips and a view selector

After: the Conversations board

An email from the My Emails table opened as its activity record, with sentiment, summary and tasks

Before: an email opens its activity record

The Conversations list layout with status tabs on the left and the same email open as a conversation with its composer and Details tab on the right

After: the List layout opens the conversation beside the list

Meetings

The Meetings section is the My Meetings table with one addition: an Actions column that tells you what the Workbench prepared for each meeting.
The My Meetings page with Upcoming and History, type chips, and a sparkle icon next to each upcoming meeting

Before: the My Meetings table

The Meetings section with the Actions column showing Generate Agenda on upcoming meetings and a Customer chip

After: the Meetings section with its Actions column

The old Workbench with a meeting recap draft open in the action canvas

Before: a follow-up draft opened in the Queue canvas

The meeting review sheet with a strip of the meeting's drafts across the top, the recap draft in the editor, and Details and Stella tabs beside it

After: the same draft in the meeting's review sheet

Meeting prep

The brief Statisfy drafts ahead of an upcoming customer meeting is no longer a Queue item. It belongs to the meeting, in the Meetings section, which calls it the agenda.
The old Workbench on the Review tab with a meeting prep brief open in the action canvas: key stats, meeting agenda and talking points, with Dismiss and Mark Reviewed buttons below

Before: the brief opened from the Review tab in the Queue canvas, with Mark Reviewed

The same prep brief open in the meeting's sheet in the Meetings section, with Export and version history above it and the Stella tab open beside it

After: the same brief opened from its meeting in Meetings, with Stella beside it

Generate Agenda on a meeting’s row asks Stella for an agenda in a new chat, as the sparkle icon on My Meetings did. The Agenda label is different: it means Statisfy drafted the meeting’s brief on its own.

Closed

Closed replaces the History view of the Queue.
The old History view under the Workbench heading, with Last 30 Days, All types and All states dropdowns above the completed items

Before: the Workbench heading, then History with its date, type and state dropdowns

The Closed view under the Queue, Conversations and Meetings sections, with a Last 30 Days picker, Filters and a sort above completed items that show an account and channel line

After: the Queue section, then Closed with the date picker and Filters
