Accessing My Emails
Navigate to My Emails from the sidebar menu (under Dashboard).Email Thread View
Your emails are displayed as conversation threads. Each thread shows:| Field | Description |

| Subject Line | The email thread subject |
| Sent/Received | Whether the thread was initiated by you or the contact, plus the total email count |
| Participants | Sender and all recipients |
| Date | When the most recent message was sent |
| Sentiment | AI-analyzed sentiment of the conversation |
| Associated Account | The customer account linked to this email (if applicable) |
90-Day Window
The My Emails view displays email threads from the last 90 days. This window is fixed and not configurable. Older emails are still accessible through the account’s activity timeline.
How Emails Are Linked to Accounts
Statisfy automatically associates emails with accounts by matching participant email addresses to known contacts. If an email involves contacts from multiple accounts, it appears under each associated account. Emails with no matching contacts are listed without an account association.Filtering Emails
Use the filter options to narrow your email list:- Search — Find emails by subject or participant name
- Account — Filter to emails associated with a specific account
- Date Range — Narrow to a specific time period within the 90-day window
Viewing Email Details
Click on any email thread to open the full activity record. The activity detail page shows:- Complete email thread with all messages
- AI-generated sentiment analysis and one-liner summary
- Associated account and contacts
- Tags and categories
