The Renewals page gives you a complete view of your upcoming, in-progress, and completed renewals. Use it to track your renewal pipeline, monitor retention metrics, and prioritize accounts that need attention.Documentation Index

Accessing Renewals
Navigate to Renewals from the main menu. The renewals view displays your pipeline organized by renewal status.Renewal Pipeline
The waterfall chart at the top provides a visual breakdown of your renewal pipeline:| Stage | Description |
|---|---|
| Baseline ARR | Total ARR for all renewals in the selected period |
| Open | ARR from renewals still in progress (not yet closed) |
| Open Overdue | ARR from renewals past their due date that are still open |
| Closed Won | ARR from renewals that have been successfully closed |
| Closed Lost | ARR from renewals that were lost (churned) |
Time Period Filtering
Use the time period selector to filter renewals by:- Current Quarter — View renewals due this fiscal quarter
- Next Quarter — Plan ahead for upcoming renewals (Next Quarter +1 and +2 available)
- Previous Quarters — Review past quarters (up to 4 previous quarters)
- Current / Next / Previous Fiscal Year — View renewals at the fiscal year level
Account Cards
Each renewal is displayed as an account card showing:- Account name and owner
- ARR value
- Renewal date
- Health score indicator
- Days until renewal (or days overdue)
Renewal Metrics
Key retention metrics are displayed at the top of the page:Gross Revenue Retention (GRR)
Measures the percentage of revenue retained from closed renewals. GRR = Won Baseline / (Won + Lost) Baseline.
Net Revenue Retention (NRR)
Measures total revenue retained including any changes in renewal value. NRR = Renewed ARR / (Won + Lost) Baseline.
Metrics are calculated based on the selected time period. Change the time filter to see how GRR and NRR vary across quarters.
Managing Renewals
To update a renewal status:- Click on an account card to open the account detail
- Navigate to the Renewals section
- Update the renewal outcome (renewed, churned, etc.)
- Add any relevant notes about the renewal decision
Exporting Renewal Data
Click the Export button at the top of the renewals page to download your renewal pipeline data as a CSV file. The export respects your current filters and time period selection.Related
