The Renewals page gives you a complete view of your upcoming, in-progress, and completed renewals. Use it to track your renewal pipeline, monitor retention metrics, and prioritize accounts that need attention.

Accessing Renewals

Navigate to Renewals from the main menu. The renewals view displays your pipeline organized by renewal status.

Renewal Pipeline

The waterfall chart at the top provides a visual breakdown of your renewal pipeline:
StageDescription
Baseline ARRTotal ARR for all renewals in the selected period
OpenARR from renewals still in progress (not yet closed)
Open OverdueARR from renewals past their due date that are still open
Closed WonARR from renewals that have been successfully closed
Closed LostARR from renewals that were lost (churned)
The chart updates dynamically as you change the time period filter.

Time Period Filtering

Use the time period selector to filter renewals by:
  • Current Quarter — View renewals due this fiscal quarter
  • Next Quarter — Plan ahead for upcoming renewals (Next Quarter +1 and +2 available)
  • Previous Quarters — Review past quarters (up to 4 previous quarters)
  • Current / Next / Previous Fiscal Year — View renewals at the fiscal year level
After selecting a time period, click the Open Overdue stage in the waterfall chart to focus on accounts past their renewal date that need immediate follow-up.

Account Cards

Each renewal is displayed as an account card showing:
  • Account name and owner
  • ARR value
  • Renewal date
  • Health score indicator
  • Days until renewal (or days overdue)
Click on any account card to navigate to the full account detail page.

Renewal Metrics

Key retention metrics are displayed at the top of the page:

Gross Revenue Retention (GRR)

Measures the percentage of revenue retained from closed renewals. GRR = Won Baseline / (Won + Lost) Baseline.

Net Revenue Retention (NRR)

Measures total revenue retained including any changes in renewal value. NRR = Renewed ARR / (Won + Lost) Baseline.
Metrics are calculated based on the selected time period. Change the time filter to see how GRR and NRR vary across quarters.
