The Customer Agent is the AI that assesses each customer on a weekly pass: its account health, and the forecast and risks on each of its renewals. Its results appear as fields everywhere in Statisfy and sync to your CRM. This page is where admins decide what it looks at and how it behaves.
The Customer Agent is in alpha and may not be available in your workspace yet.

Accessing Customer Agent Settings

Navigate to Settings → Customer Agent. The page has up to three tabs, Overview, Health and Renewals; a tab shows only when your workspace has that capability. Changing settings needs the settings-management permission. This page covers Overview and Renewals.

Overview

The Overview tab is a summary, with nothing to configure:
  • What the agent does — the capabilities switched on for your workspace.
  • What the agent reads — the customer data it draws on: conversations (emails, meetings, Slack, notes), support tickets and escalations, product usage, opportunities, and the people on each account.
  • This week — how many customers got a health score, how many renewals were assessed, how many had not enough evidence to forecast, and how many kept a person’s value.
  • Re-assess a customer — pick a customer and run the agent on it now rather than waiting for the weekly pass. It can be used once a day per customer; the renewal sheet’s Re-assess now button is the same thing from the Renewals page.

Renewals

The Renewals tab has two cards.

Renewals

What the page calls a renewal. These settings drive the Renewals page on both of its tabs, the export, and which opportunities the agent forecasts.
Until a renewal segment is chosen, the Renewal forecasts card below says so and its settings stay hidden. If you don’t see the Renewals card at all, you don’t have the settings-management permission; ask an admin to choose the segment.

Renewal forecasts

The agent’s forecasting, with its own On / Off switch in the card’s header. Off stops new forecasts without touching the ones already made. Turning it on also enables the forecast and risk fields. For how a hold works and how to release one, see Changing a Forecast or the Risks. The same card holds what the agent weighs when it assesses a renewal. Both parts go into every assessment, so the card’s Preview button covers them together: make a change, pick a customer, and see the forecast the agent would give before you save. What should assessments consider? is free-text guidance in your own words, up to 2,000 characters, added to Statisfy’s built-in guidance. For example: Multi-year contracts renew at a higher rate; weight them up. Treat a missed QBR in the last 90 days as a strong risk. Ignore December usage dips. Reset to default clears it. Renewal risks is the list of named risks the agent may put on a renewal. Statisfy’s list covers: Champion left, Low usage, Usage declining, Support escalation, Budget pressure, Competitor in play, Exec disengaged, Onboarding incomplete, Pricing objection, Downgrade signal, Renewal not in motion, Contract or procurement blocker, Value not yet proven, Org change, Contact fading and Renewal stalled. You can:
  • Add your own, with a name (Missed QBR) and an optional definition (no QBR in the last 90 days) that tells the agent when it applies.
  • Remove any risk, yours or Statisfy’s, so the agent stops using it. Renewals that already carry it keep it.
  • Reset to Statisfy’s list, which deletes your own risks and brings back any of Statisfy’s you removed.
The agent can still name a risk none of these cover, in a few words of its own.

When the Agent Runs

  • Weekly, over every customer with renewals in the forecasting window. Each pass records why it did or didn’t change a value, which the renewal sheet’s Recent and History show.
  • On request, from Re-assess a customer here or Re-assess now in a renewal’s sheet, once a day per customer.
  • Saved settings apply from the next run. A field held by a person’s change is skipped until the hold ends.
