Customer Insights are AI-generated observations that Statisfy uses to calibrate and improve account health scoring. You can view and manage these insights from the settings page.

Accessing Customer Insights Settings

Navigate to Admin > Settings > Customer Insights. You need admin permissions to access this page.

What Are Customer Insights?

Customer insights are AI-generated knowledge items that help Statisfy’s health scoring model understand your specific business context. They are derived from patterns in your data and from CSM health overrides — when a CSM manually adjusts an account’s health, the AI learns from that feedback. Insight categories include:
  • Business Context Keywords — Terms and concepts specific to your industry
  • Success Indicators — Signals that indicate a healthy customer relationship
  • Risk Factors — Patterns associated with churn or declining health
  • Sentiment Calibration — Adjustments to how sentiment is interpreted for your business
  • Pillar Weight Adjustments — How different health pillars are weighted
  • Custom Instructions — Additional context for the AI model

Viewing Insights

The Customer Insights page displays all generated insights grouped by category. Each insight can be expanded to view its full content.

Managing Insights

You can manage individual insights from the list:
  • Expand/Collapse — Click an insight to view or hide its details
  • Delete — Remove an insight that is no longer relevant or accurate
Insights are generated automatically based on health override patterns. They recalculate periodically as new data and overrides are added. You do not need to manually trigger insight generation.
Review Customer Insights periodically to ensure the AI’s understanding of your business is accurate. Delete any insights that seem incorrect — the AI will learn from the correction over time.
