The admin Sync Issues page lists every record in Statisfy whose most recent changes have not made it to your CRM. Use it to answer a single question — what is currently stuck on its way out? — without having to open records one at a time.

Who can see it

Sync Issues is an admin-only view. It lives in Settings and is reached by opening /settings?tab=sync-issues while logged in as an admin. The tab is hidden from non-admins, so they will not come across the page in normal use — but this is a UI convenience, not an access-control boundary. Treat the data it shows as visible to any member of your workspace.

The subtabs

Sync Issues splits stuck records by entity type. Pick the pill for the type you want to inspect: Switching subtabs resets you to the first page of results.

The columns

Each subtab shows the same three columns, and the Opportunities subtab adds a fourth for retry: If the CRM returned a body Statisfy could not parse into named fields, a small chevron appears on the Error row. Click it to expand and read the raw CRM response inline.
An empty subtab is the healthy state. When there is nothing stuck, the page shows “Nothing stuck. Every record of this type has reached the CRM.” rather than an empty table.

Retry

The Retry button on the Opportunities subtab triggers an immediate push of that one opportunity to the CRM. The result of the push updates the row in place:
  • If the CRM accepts every field, the opportunity disappears from the Sync Issues list on the next refresh.
  • If the CRM rejects the record again, the row stays and the Last attempt and Error columns update to reflect the newest response.
  • If the record had no pending changes for the CRM, Retry reports it and the row is unchanged.
Retry is offered on the Opportunities subtab only today. For other entity types, use the record’s own detail page or wait for the next scheduled sync.

When Statisfy stops retrying

Statisfy re-pushes stuck records to the CRM on an hourly schedule. If the CRM rejects an opportunity five times in a row, Statisfy stops the automatic retries for that record so a persistent rejection does not keep hammering the CRM. The record still appears in Sync Issues, and the in-sheet banner on the opportunity switches from amber to red. A stopped record does not clear itself. To get it moving again after fixing the underlying issue (an inactive owner reactivated, a required custom field populated, and so on), open the opportunity and use Retry sync on the banner, or click Retry on the Sync Issues row. A successful push resets the attempt counter and resumes the normal hourly schedule.

Pagination

Each subtab shows up to 50 records per page. The footer reports the total number of stuck records and gives Previous and Next controls when there is more than one page.
