The Dashboard provides a real-time view of your customer success metrics, including health trends, renewals, and key performance indicators. Use it to quickly understand the state of your customer portfolio.

Accessing the Dashboard

Navigate to Dashboard from the main menu to view your metrics.

Dashboard Views

Filter the dashboard to see different customer segments:

Use the dropdown in the top-right corner to switch between views.

Metric Cards

The top row displays key performance indicators:

Total ARR

Annual recurring revenue from customer accounts.

Total Customers

Number of active customer accounts.

My Tasks

Tasks assigned to you that need attention.

Health Distribution Chart

A stacked bar chart showing how customer health is distributed over time. What it shows:
  • Weekly breakdown of account health levels
  • 6-week rolling window
  • Visual trend of health changes
How to read it:
  • Each bar represents one week
  • Colors indicate health categories (healthy, at-risk, etc.)
  • Track whether health is improving or declining over time

Health Changes Widget

Monitor how customer health is trending:

Period Selection:
  • Weekly: Compare week over week
  • Monthly: Compare month over month
  • Use arrows to navigate to previous periods
Each category includes a sparkline showing the historical trend.

Health Progress Table

A detailed table showing account-level health transitions. Columns:
  • Account name
  • Previous health level
  • Current health level
  • Health change direction
Features:
  • Click a row to expand and see detailed reasons for health changes
  • Sort by any column
  • Filter to find specific accounts
  • Paginated for large portfolios

Customization

Period Selection: Widgets that support time-based filtering let you choose:
  • Weekly (default)
  • Monthly
  • Custom date range
Refresh: Click the refresh icon on any widget to get the latest data.

Dashboard Data

The dashboard pulls data from across Statisfy:
  • ARR: From account records and CRM sync
  • Renewals: From opportunity and renewal tracking
  • Tasks: From your task assignments
  • Health: From Statisfy’s health scoring engine
  • Activities: From synced meetings, calls, and interactions
Data is cached for performance. Most widgets refresh periodically (typically within a few minutes).

Tips for Using the Dashboard

Start your day on the Dashboard to quickly see renewals due, overdue items, and health changes that need attention.
  • Check the Renewals Overdue card daily to prioritize at-risk renewals
  • Use the Health Progress table to identify accounts needing intervention
  • Switch between My Book and Team Book to manage your portfolio vs. monitor your team
  • Expand health change rows to understand the reasons behind shifts
