Email Metrics
Track email delivery and engagement:| Metric | Description |

| Eligible | Total recipients in your audience |
| Delivered | Emails successfully delivered |
| Opened | Recipients who opened the email |
| Clicked | Recipients who clicked a link |
| Bounced | Emails that failed to deliver |

Understanding Delivery Status
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Pending | Email queued but not yet sent |
| Sent | Email sent to recipient |
| Delivered | Email accepted by recipient’s server |
| Opened | Recipient opened the email |
| Clicked | Recipient clicked a link |
| Bounced | Email could not be delivered |
| Dropped | Email blocked before sending |
Survey Response Metrics
