Accessing Analytics

  1. Navigate to Campaigns
  2. Click on a campaign
  3. Select the Analytics tab

Email Metrics

Track email delivery and engagement:

Understanding Delivery Status

Survey Response Metrics

For survey campaigns, additional metrics include:

Viewing Individual Recipients

See detailed status for each recipient:
  1. Scroll to the recipients section
  2. View status for each person:
    • Email status (delivered, opened, clicked)
    • Survey status (sent, completed)
    • Timestamps for each event
  3. Filter or search for specific recipients
Track engagement over time:
  • See when emails were opened
  • Identify peak engagement times
  • Monitor click activity patterns

Survey Responses

For survey campaigns, view response data:
  1. Click View Responses
  2. See aggregated results by question
  3. Export responses for further analysis

Metrics Definitions

Calculation: (Opened / Delivered) × 100What it tells you: How compelling your subject line and sender are.Benchmark: 20-30% is typical for B2B campaigns.
Calculation: (Clicked / Delivered) × 100What it tells you: How engaging your email content is.Benchmark: 2-5% is typical for B2B campaigns.
Calculation: (Completed Surveys / Delivered) × 100What it tells you: How willing customers are to provide feedback.Benchmark: 10-30% depending on survey length and relationship.

Exporting Data

Export campaign data for reporting:
  1. Click Export in the analytics view
  2. Choose format (CSV)
  3. Download includes:
    • Recipient list with statuses
    • Timestamps for each event
    • Survey responses (for survey campaigns)

Improving Campaign Performance

  • Test different subject lines
  • Try role-based sending (from their CSM)
  • Send at different times/days
  • Segment to more relevant audiences
  • Make CTAs more prominent
  • Reduce email length
  • Improve personalization
  • Test different content approaches
  • Keep surveys short (5 questions or fewer)
  • Explain why feedback matters
  • Use reminders appropriately
  • Consider incentives

Tracking Webhooks

Statisfy receives real-time updates from the email provider:
  • Delivery confirmations
  • Open tracking (when images load)
  • Click tracking (when links are clicked)
  • Bounce notifications
Updates appear in analytics automatically as events occur.
