Using the Activity Report

Sort by total activities in ascending order to find team members whose accounts have the fewest interactions. These may need coaching or support.
Use the report to understand how engagement is distributed across your team. Uneven distributions may indicate workload imbalances.
Review the Activity Report weekly in team meetings to keep engagement top-of-mind and identify accounts that need attention before health scores decline.
