Global search lets you quickly find accounts and contacts in Statisfy from anywhere in the application. Click the search bar at the top of any page, or press Cmd+K (Mac) / Ctrl+K (Windows/Linux) to open search. Type at least 3 characters to start seeing results.
Global search requires a minimum of 3 characters before returning results. This ensures relevant matches and keeps search fast.

Searchable Entity Types

Global search finds results across the following entity types:

ContactsContact name, email address

Search Results

Results are grouped by entity type and ranked by relevance. Each result shows:
  • Entity type indicator (icon)
  • Name of the matching record
  • Secondary information (e.g., email for contacts)
  • Click on any result to navigate directly to that record’s detail page
  • Use the arrow keys to move through results
  • Press Enter to open the selected result

Search Tips

Global search matches from the beginning of words. For example, searching “ren” will match “Renewal” but not “Parent”. Use enough characters to narrow results quickly.
  • Search is case-insensitive — “acme” and “Acme” return the same results
  • Search by email address to quickly find a contact
  • Search by account name to jump directly to an account page
