Workflows in Statisfy let you automate recurring tasks by combining AI queries with scheduled delivery. Define what you want to know about your customers, set a schedule, and receive insights automatically.

What Are Workflows?

A workflow is an automated AI query that runs on a schedule and delivers results to you or your team. Instead of manually asking Stella AI the same questions each week, you can create a workflow to do it for you. Example use cases:
  • Get a weekly summary of at-risk accounts
  • Receive a daily list of accounts with negative support sentiment
  • Generate a monthly engagement report for your book of business

Prerequisites

Before creating a workflow:
  • You need access to the Workflows section in Statisfy
  • You must have the “Create Workflow” permission or an admin role
  • Any data sources or integrations referenced in your query should already be configured

Creating a Workflow

  1. Navigate to Workflows from the main menu
  2. Click Create Workflow
  3. Configure the workflow:
Query Input: Write a natural language query describing the information you want. This is the same type of query you would ask Stella AI. Examples:
  • “List all customers with negative support sentiment this week”
  • “Summarize engagement for my book of business in the last 30 days”
  • “Which accounts have not had a meeting in the last 14 days?”
See Sample Workflow Queries for more examples. Workflow Name: Give your workflow a descriptive name so you can easily identify it later.

Scheduling

Set how often the workflow should run:
ScheduleDescription
DailyRuns every day at the specified time
WeeklyRuns once per week on the selected day
MonthlyRuns once per month on the selected date
Select your preferred delivery time and timezone.

Preview

Before saving, use the Preview button to run the workflow query immediately and see what results it will produce. This helps you refine your query before committing to a schedule.
Always preview your workflow before publishing. This ensures the query returns the data you expect and helps you fine-tune the wording.

Save and Publish

  • Save as Draft — Save the workflow without activating it. You can edit and publish later.
  • Publish — Activate the workflow so it runs on its schedule.

Managing Workflows

From the Workflows list page, you can:
  • Edit — Modify the query, schedule, or recipients
  • Pause — Temporarily stop a workflow without deleting it
  • Resume — Reactivate a paused workflow
  • Delete — Permanently remove a workflow

Workflow Results

When a workflow runs, results are delivered based on your configuration. You can view past workflow results by clicking on the workflow in the list and reviewing its run history.
Workflows use the same AI capabilities as Stella AI. The quality of results depends on the clarity and specificity of your query.
