The People section in Statisfy lets you manage your customer contacts. You can create new contacts, edit their details, designate key contacts, and view their interaction history.

Accessing People

Navigate to People & Contacts from the main menu to see your contact list. The list displays contacts across all accounts with key information like name, email, title, and associated account.

Creating a New Contact

  1. Navigate to People & Contacts
  2. Click the Add Person button
  3. Fill in the required fields:
    • First Name and Last Name
    • Email Address
    • Account — Link the contact to a customer account
  4. Optionally add:
  5. Click Save to create the contact
Contacts synced from your CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot) are created automatically. Manual creation is useful for contacts not yet in your CRM.

Editing a Contact

  1. Navigate to the contact’s detail page by clicking their name in the People list
  2. Click the Edit button or click directly on the field you want to update
  3. Modify the desired fields
  4. Save your changes

Deleting a Contact

  1. Navigate to the contact’s detail page
  2. Click the More Options menu (three dots)
  3. Select Delete
  4. Confirm the deletion
Deleting a contact removes their record from Statisfy. Activities associated with the contact are preserved but will no longer be linked to the deleted contact. CRM-synced contacts may reappear on the next sync cycle.

Person Detail Page

Click on any contact to open their detail page, which includes:
SectionDescription
Contact InformationName, email, phone, title, and custom fields

Key Contacts

Mark important contacts as Key Contacts to highlight them on the account page:
  1. Open the contact’s detail page
  2. Toggle the Key Contact switch
  3. The contact will now appear in the Key Contacts section on the associated account page
Key contacts are the people most critical to your customer relationship — typically decision-makers, champions, or primary points of contact.
Use key contacts to quickly identify who to reach out to when an account’s health declines or a renewal is approaching.

Bulk Operations

You can perform actions on multiple contacts at once:
  1. Select contacts using the checkboxes in the People list
  2. Use the bulk action bar that appears to:
    • Update field values
    • Assign to an account
    • Delete selected contacts
