Activity sharing lets you generate a public link to an activity record so you can share meeting notes, summaries, and key takeaways with people outside your Statisfy organization.

When to Use Activity Sharing

  • Share meeting summaries with customers who attended
  • Provide call notes to stakeholders who missed a meeting
  • Share activity details with cross-functional teams who don’t have Statisfy access

Prerequisites

Before generating a share link:
  • You must be signed in to Statisfy with access to the activity
  • The Copy Link control (a share icon in the activity header) is available on meeting activities
  • Recipients do not need a Statisfy account — they can view the shared content via the public link
  1. Open the activity you want to share
  2. Click the Copy Link icon in the activity header
  3. A public link is generated and copied to your clipboard
  4. Share the link with your recipients
Meeting activity header with the Copy Link icon and its tooltip The public link displays:
  • Activity title and date
  • Meeting summary and notes
  • Key takeaways
  • Sentiment (if applicable)
Shared links do not include internal comments, tags, or account health information. Only the activity content itself is visible.
Shared links automatically expire after a configured period (set at the organization level by your admin). Once expired:
  • The link no longer works
  • Recipients see a message that the link has expired
  • No activity data is accessible
To extend the expiry of an active share link:
  1. Open the activity
  2. Click the Copy Link icon
  3. Use the option to extend or refresh the link to reset the expiry countdown
The same URL remains valid with the refreshed expiry date.
If you know recipients will need ongoing access, extend the link proactively before it expires.
