Starter Prompts
When you start a new chat, Stella displays four suggested prompts based on your context:- Global context: Prompts for analyzing your entire customer portfolio
- Account context: Prompts specific to the customer you’re viewing
Prompt Library
The Prompt Library contains pre-built prompts organized by use case. To access the Prompt Library:- Click the Prompt Library button in the chat interface
- Browse available prompts by category
- Click any prompt to use it in your current chat

Save Custom Prompts
Save prompts you use frequently for quick access:- Type or refine your query in the chat
- Click the Save Prompt option
- Give your prompt a name
- Choose the scope:
- Global: Available in all chats
- Account-specific: Only available when viewing customer accounts

For CSMs:- “What are the key action items from my meetings this week?”
- “Which of my customers haven’t had a check-in in the last 30 days?”
- “Summarize the current status of @CustomerName’s implementation”

Tips for Better Results
- Use the edit feature to refine your first message if needed
- Check citations to verify the source of each claim
- Expand the thinking panel to understand Stella’s reasoning
- Save prompts that work well for reuse
