Connect Unthread with Statisfy

Prerequisites:
  • Ensure that the person setting up the integration has Admin access to both Unthread and Statisfy.
  • In Unthread, the API functionality is in Beta phase, so drop an email to “[email protected]” to create an API key to do the integration with Statisfy.
  • Unthread support will enable the API Key, and you can add it as shown below. For additional details please refer https://docs.unthread.io/api-introduction/using-api

Steps to Connect with Statisfy:

  1. Log in to Statisfy.
  2. Navigate to:
    Integrations → Admin Apps → Unthread → Provide the API Key and connect
  3. Once the connection is done, the Unthread support tickets will flow into Statisfy. You can find it under Support or under each Account→AI Timeline→Timeline Activity→ Source as Unthread.
