Connect Unthread with Statisfy
Prerequisites:- Ensure that the person setting up the integration has Admin access to both Unthread and Statisfy.
- In Unthread, the API functionality is in Beta phase, so drop an email to support@unthread.io to create an API key to do the integration with Statisfy.

Unthread support will enable the API Key, and you can add it as shown below. For additional details please refer https://docs.unthread.io/api-introduction/using-api
Steps to Connect with Statisfy:
- Log in to Statisfy.

Navigate to:
Integrations → Admin Apps → Unthread → Provide the API Key and connect
- Once the connection is done, the Unthread support tickets will flow into Statisfy. You can find it under Support or under each Account→AI Timeline→Timeline Activity→ Source as Unthread.
