In this article, you’ll learn how to connect a custom PostgreSQL instance for pulling product usage or any custom data.
Step 1: Navigate to the Integrations tab on the left side of your screen.
Step 2: Click on admin.
Step 3: After clicking on the admin app, proceed to the PostgreSQL connection.
Step 4: Click on the PostgreSQL connection. Here, you’ll enter your username and password.
Step 5: Next, provide the host.
Step 6: Enter the IP address.
Step 7: If you’re using a custom port, input the port.
Step 8: Finally, type in the database name. We’ll use this information to connect to your PostgreSQL instance.
If you need to add an IP Allowlist, you can add this two IPs
35.203.185.27
35.197.52.231
That’s it! You’ve successfully connected your custom PostgreSQL instance.
