What changed

Statisfy has upgraded how you connect Google to a single, more reliable Google Workspace integration. Previously, Gmail and Google Calendar appeared as two separate cards on the Integrations page. Those two cards have now been removed — you’ll see one Google Workspace card in their place. The new Google Workspace connection lets you connect Gmail and Calendar in a single step, choose exactly which permissions to grant, and adds the ability to send email on your behalf.
This is a display and connection change only. Your existing data keeps flowing — emails and calendar events that were already syncing continue to sync. You don’t need to do anything to keep your current sync running.

”I already connected Gmail/Calendar — why don’t I see them?”

That’s expected. The separate Gmail and Google Calendar cards have been retired in favor of the single Google Workspace card. If you connected earlier:
  • Your connection is still valid and your data is still syncing. Your email and calendar activity continues to appear in Statisfy as before.
  • The Google Workspace card may not show as “Connected” even though your data is flowing. This is normal if you connected through the older Gmail or Calendar cards — it does not mean your sync has stopped.
The quickest way to confirm your data is current is to check your email timeline or upcoming meetings in Statisfy — not the Connected badge on the Integrations page.

Why move to Google Workspace

Reconnecting through Google Workspace is recommended for everyone, because it gives you:
  • A more reliable connection — a direct, Statisfy-managed integration that is more stable than the previous setup.
  • Send email on your behalf — required to send emails from your Gmail address through Stella, Workbench, and Agent Studio flows. This is new and only available on Google Workspace.
  • Per-permission control — grant exactly what you need (Read email, Read calendar, Send email on your behalf) and change it any time.
If you only need Statisfy to read your email and calendar, your existing connection already does that — moving over is recommended but not urgent. If you want Statisfy to send email on your behalf (Workbench replies, automated outreach), you must connect Google Workspace with the Send email on your behalf permission.

How to move over

Reconnecting is seamless — there’s nothing to clean up first:
  1. Go to Integrations → User Apps → Google Workspace.
  2. Click the Google Workspace card.
  3. Choose the permissions you want (Read email, Read calendar, Send email on your behalf).
  4. Click Connect your account and complete the Google sign-in.
When you connect Google Workspace, Statisfy automatically moves you off your previous Google connection — there’s no double-syncing and no manual disconnect needed. The card will show Connected within a few seconds. For full setup details, permissions, and Agent Studio usage, see the Google Workspace Integration guide.

My email or calendar data isn’t showing

If your data has stopped appearing, reconnect through Google Workspace to restore the sync:
  1. Go to Integrations → User Apps → Google Workspace and click the card.
  2. Select the permissions you need and click Connect your account.
  3. Complete the Google sign-in.
A one-time 30-day backfill runs for each surface you grant (email and/or calendar) when you connect, and Statisfy then stays in sync in near real-time.
Yes. The automatic backfill covers the last 30 days. If you need older email or calendar history imported, contact support@statisfy.com and we can trigger a larger backfill for you.
No. Reconnecting through Google Workspace migrates you seamlessly — your previously synced history stays intact, and Statisfy automatically retires the older connection so events and emails aren’t pulled twice.
Google Workspace is a per-user connection. Each person who wants Statisfy to read their email/calendar or send email on their behalf connects their own Google account. Connecting yours does not affect your teammates’ connections.
