Overview
Statisfy ingests conversations from Microsoft Teams channels, the same way it handles Slack. After you install the Statisfy app into a team, Statisfy captures the threads in that team’s standard channels and links each thread to a customer account. With the integration, you can:- Capture customer conversations from Teams channels
- Map each channel to an account so threads attach to the right customer
- Turn ingestion on or off for individual channels
- Review threads in the Teams tab on the Activity page
Prerequisites
- Admin access to Statisfy
- A Microsoft Teams connection for your Statisfy tenant
The Microsoft Teams tab in Settings is only visible to admin users when your tenant has a Microsoft Teams connection.

Manage channels
The Channels section lists every standard channel in the teams where Statisfy is installed. Use Search channels… to filter the list. Each row shows the following columns:Map a channel to an account
Select an account in the Account column. Statisfy attaches the channel’s threads to that account. If a channel has no mapped account, Statisfy resolves each thread to an account from the channel’s members. This works the same way as Slack threads.Turn ingestion on or off
Toggle the Ingest messages switch for a channel. When the switch is Off, Statisfy stops ingesting messages from that channel. What Statisfy ingests
Statisfy ingests messages in standard channels of installed teams. When someone edits or deletes a message in Teams, Statisfy reflects the change. Statisfy does not ingest:- Messages in private channels
- Messages in shared channels
- Messages from bots
