Connect DealHub with Statisfy
The DealHub integration adds DealHub Actions to opportunities in Statisfy. From an opportunity that’s linked to your CRM, you can create a DealHub quote or open its DealHub proposal page in one click. DealHub opens in a new browser tab.DealHub is an action integration. It doesn’t import quotes or other DealHub data into Statisfy.
- Admin access to both DealHub and Statisfy
- A DealHub API key
- A connected Salesforce integration. Statisfy uses the Salesforce connection’s user profile (name, email, and user ID) to start the DealHub session.
Get a DealHub API Key
- Sign in to DealHub as an admin.
- Create or copy an API key. See the DealHub documentation or contact your DealHub account team for current instructions.
- Copy the key. You’ll enter it in Statisfy in the next step.
Steps to Connect with Statisfy
- Log in to Statisfy.
- In Statisfy, open the Integrations page and select the Admin Apps tab. Find the DealHub card, click Connect, paste your DealHub API key into the API Key field, and click Connect.
- Turn on the DealHub actions. Go to Settings → Config, choose Admin, and open the Integrations tab. Select Enable DealHub Links in Statisfy (Requires DealHub to be connected.) and click Save.
Create a Quote or Open a Proposal Page
- Open an existing opportunity to bring up the Edit Opportunity panel.
- Scroll to DealHub Actions below the opportunity fields.

Click one of the actions:
- Create Quote creates a DealHub quote for the opportunity.
- Proposal Page opens the opportunity’s DealHub proposal page.
- A dialog tracks each step: Fetching DealHub access token, then creating the quote or preparing the proposal page, then Redirecting to DealHub. DealHub opens in a new tab when it’s ready.
Troubleshooting

- Confirm Enable DealHub Links in Statisfy is turned on under Settings → Config → Admin → Integrations.
- DealHub Actions only appear on existing opportunities that are linked to a CRM opportunity. They don’t appear when you create a new opportunity.

- Check that the DealHub API key hasn’t been revoked. If it has, reopen the DealHub card and click Update to enter a fresh key.
- Check that your Salesforce integration is connected. Statisfy needs it to start the DealHub session.

- The dialog shows the error message DealHub returned. Check that the opportunity exists in your CRM and is available to DealHub, then try again.
- If you see No URL returned from DealHub, DealHub completed the request but didn’t return a page to open. Contact your DealHub admin or support@statisfy.com.
