Troubleshooting

This guide helps you resolve common issues you may encounter while using Statisfy.

Login Issues

Can’t Sign In

1

Check your credentials

Ensure you’re using the correct email and password. Passwords are case-sensitive.
2

Reset your password

Click “Forgot password” on the login page to reset your credentials.
3

Check your organization

Verify you’re signing in to the correct organization. Your organization URL should be yourcompany.statisfy.com.
4

Contact your admin

If issues persist, contact your organization administrator to verify your account status.

SSO Not Working

If your organization uses Single Sign-On:
  1. Ensure you’re clicking the correct SSO button
  2. Verify your corporate credentials are valid
  3. Contact your IT team if you’re locked out of SSO

Integration Issues

Integration Won’t Connect

Ensure you have admin access to both Statisfy and the external system you’re connecting.
Ad blockers can interfere with OAuth authentication flows. Temporarily disable them and try again.
Clear your browser cache and cookies, then attempt the connection again.
Some browser extensions or settings can cause issues. Try connecting from a different browser.

Data Not Syncing

If data isn’t appearing after connecting an integration:
  1. Check sync status - Go to Settings > Integrations and check the sync status
  2. Review sync logs - Look for error messages in the sync logs
  3. Verify permissions - Ensure the connected account has access to the data you expect
  4. Wait for initial sync - Initial syncs can take time depending on data volume

Display Issues

Page Not Loading

1

Refresh the page

Try refreshing your browser (Ctrl+R or Cmd+R).
2

Clear cache

Clear your browser cache and reload.
3

Check your connection

Verify you have a stable internet connection.
4

Try incognito mode

Open Statisfy in an incognito/private window to rule out extension conflicts.

Data Appears Incorrect

If you see data that doesn’t look right:
  1. Check the data in the source system to verify accuracy
  2. Review field mappings in your integration settings
  3. Check for recent sync errors in the integration logs
  4. Contact support if the issue persists

Agent Issues

Agent Not Triggering

If an Agent isn’t firing when expected:
  1. Verify the Agent is active - Check that the Agent is enabled
  2. Review trigger conditions - Ensure the conditions match the scenario
  3. Check recent activity - Review the Agent’s execution history
  4. Test with sample data - Use the test function to verify behavior

Notifications Not Received

If you’re not receiving Agent notifications:
  1. Check notification destination settings
  2. Verify Slack/email integration is connected
  3. Check spam/junk folders for email notifications
  4. Ensure you’re mapped to receive notifications
