# Personalized Suggestions

> Stella's home screen now greets you with personalized prompts tailored to your role, the time of day, and what's happening across your accounts.

When you open Stella from the main menu and start a new chat, the home screen no longer shows the same generic examples for everyone. Instead, Stella greets you with **personalized suggestions** — a short briefing and a set of cards built around your role and what's actually happening in your book of business. Click any card to start that conversation in one tap.

<Note>
  These suggestions appear in the main Stella view (the **Stella** tab in the left navigation). When you open Stella from inside a specific account with **Ask Stella**, you'll still see account-focused starter prompts.
</Note>

### What makes them personalized

Stella builds your suggestions from three things:

| Signal                    | What it changes                                                                                                             |
| ------------------------- | --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **Your role** | A CSM, Account Manager, Sales/AE, Manager, or Admin each see prompts framed for their day-to-day work. |
| **Time and day** | Suggestions shift between morning, afternoon, and evening, with a planning focus on Mondays and a wrap-up focus on Fridays. |
| **Your book of business** | Live signals from your accounts surface as ready-to-use cards — see the list below. |

### The cards you might see

Depending on what's happening across your accounts, Stella surfaces cards like these:

<CardGroup cols={2}>
  <Card title="Daily briefing" icon="sun">
    A greeting that summarizes your day — meetings, overdue tasks, and accounts that need attention.
  </Card>

  <Card title="Meeting prep" icon="calendar-check">

  </Card>

  <Card title="Overdue tasks" icon="clock">
    Tasks past their due date, so you can prioritize and clear them.
  </Card>

  <Card title="Health alerts" icon="triangle-exclamation">

  </Card>

  </Card>

  <Card title="Engagement gaps" icon="moon">

  </Card>

  </Card>

  <Card title="Role-based prompts" icon="lightbulb">

<Tip>
  Each card is a starting point, not a limit. Click a card to drop its prompt into the chat, then edit it before sending — or ignore the cards entirely and type your own question.

### Common questions

<Accordion title="Why are my suggestions different from a colleague's?">
  Suggestions are built from your role and your own book of accounts, so two people will rarely see the same set. A manager sees team-level prompts, a CSM sees prompts about their accounts, and a salesperson sees pipeline-focused prompts.
</Accordion>

<Accordion title="Why did my suggestions change since this morning?">
  Suggestions refresh through the day — you'll see a different mix in the morning, afternoon, and evening, and they update as your meetings, tasks, renewals, and account health change.
</Accordion>

<Accordion title="Why don't I see renewal or health cards?">
  Cards for health, renewals, engagement gaps, and account spotlights depend on a connected CRM. If your workspace doesn't have a CRM integration, Stella focuses on meetings, tasks, and role-based prompts instead. Meeting and task cards also need connected calendars and assigned tasks to appear.
</Accordion>

<Accordion title="I'm new and don't see much yet — what will I see?">
  Until there's activity in your book, Stella shows a welcome card and general suggestions to help you get started. As your accounts, meetings, and tasks fill in, the suggestions become more specific.
</Accordion>

<Accordion title="Are my suggestions based on private data?">
  Suggestions only use data already in your Statisfy workspace and are scoped to your own book of business — the same information you can already see across the app. Stella doesn't pull in anything outside your instance.
