# Stella AI Overview

> Your AI-powered assistant for customer intelligence and insights.

Stella AI is Statisfy's conversational AI assistant that helps you understand your customers, analyze engagement data, and get actionable insights through natural language queries.

### What Stella Can Do

### Accessing Stella

**From the Main Menu:**

1. Click **Stella** in the left navigation
2. Start a new chat or continue a previous conversation

**From an Account:**

1. Navigate to any account
2. Click **Ask Stella**
3. Questions will automatically focus on that customer

### Data Sources

Stella can access and analyze:

* **Customer Activities**: Meetings, calls, emails, and interactions
* **Call Transcripts**: Full searchable text from recorded calls
* **Support Tickets**: Zendesk, Freshdesk, Intercom, and other support data
* **Account Metadata**: Health scores, renewals, ARR, custom fields
* **Opportunities**: Pipeline and deal information
* **Product Usage**: Usage metrics and adoption data
* **Knowledge Base**: Your uploaded documents and connected sources

### How Answers Work

When you ask Stella a question:

1. **Query Analysis**: Stella determines which data sources are relevant
2. **Data Retrieval**: Information is gathered from customer data and knowledge bases
3. **Response Generation**: An answer is crafted with supporting evidence
4. **Citation Links**: Each claim links to the source activity or document
