# Pendo Integration

> Connect Pendo to Statisfy with a Pendo integration key and your Pendo region.

### Connect Pendo with Statisfy

The Pendo integration connects your Pendo subscription to Statisfy. To connect, you give Statisfy two items: a Pendo **integration key** and your Pendo **region**.

> [!NOTE]
>
> **Self-serve configuration is coming soon.** When it launches, you can configure which Pendo data Statisfy imports, such as product usage, account fields and custom objects. You can connect Pendo now, so your key is ready on launch day.

**Prerequisites:**

* **Admin access** to **Statisfy**
* **Admin permissions** in your **Pendo subscription**, with access to integration keys

### Step 1: Find your Pendo region

Pendo keeps the data of each region in a separate data center. Statisfy must call the same region as your Pendo subscription.

1. Sign in to Pendo.
2. Look at the address bar of your browser.
3. Find your region in this table:

| If your Pendo URL starts with | Select this region in Statisfy |
| - | - |
| `https://app.pendo.io` | **US (app.pendo.io)** |
| `https://us1.app.pendo.io` | **US1 (us1.app.pendo.io)** |
| `https://app.eu.pendo.io` | **EU (app.eu.pendo.io)** |
| `https://app.jpn.pendo.io` | **Japan (app.jpn.pendo.io)** |
| `https://app.au.pendo.io` | **Australia (app.au.pendo.io)** |

### Step 2: Create a Pendo integration key

> [!WARNING]
>
> Pendo shows the integration key only one time, when you create it. Copy the key before you close the dialog. If you lose the key, you must create a new one.

1. In Pendo, go to **Settings → Integrations → Integration Keys**.
2. Click **+ Add Integration Key**.
3. Enter a description, for example `Statisfy`.
4. Click **Create**.
5. Copy the key.

If you are a Pendo admin but you cannot see **Integration Keys**, contact your Pendo account representative. Your Pendo subscription must include integration key access. For more information, see [Pendo integration keys](https://support.pendo.io/hc/en-us/articles/9491198203547-Pendo-Integration-Key).

> [!TIP]
>
> Use a dedicated key for Statisfy. Then you can rotate or delete it without an effect on your other Pendo integrations.

### Step 3: Connect Pendo in Statisfy

1. Log in to Statisfy.
2. Open the **Integrations** page.
3. Select the **Admin Apps** tab.
4. Find the **Pendo** card and click **Connect**.
5. In **API Key**, paste the integration key from Step 2.
6. In **Region**, select the region from Step 1.
7. Click **Connect**.

After you connect, the Pendo card shows as connected.

> [!NOTE]
>
> Statisfy does not test the key when you click **Connect**. Make sure the key and the region are correct. A wrong key or region shows as an error only when data sync starts.

### Change or remove the key

* **Change the key or region:** Open the **Pendo** card, enter the new values, and click **Update**.
* **Disconnect Pendo:** Open the **Pendo** card and click **Disconnect**.

If you delete the key in Pendo, also update or disconnect the Pendo integration in Statisfy.

### Security

* Statisfy only reads data from Pendo. It does not change data in your Pendo subscription.
* All connections to Pendo use HTTPS.
