# DealHub Integration

> Connect DealHub with Statisfy to create DealHub quotes and open proposal pages directly from an opportunity.

### Connect DealHub with Statisfy

The DealHub integration adds **DealHub Actions** to opportunities in Statisfy. From an opportunity that's linked to your CRM, you can create a DealHub quote or open its DealHub proposal page in one click. DealHub opens in a new browser tab.

<Note>
  DealHub is an action integration. It doesn't import quotes or other DealHub data into Statisfy.
</Note>

**Prerequisites:**

* **Admin access** to both **DealHub** and **Statisfy**
* A DealHub **API key**
* A connected **Salesforce** integration. Statisfy uses the Salesforce connection's user profile (name, email, and user ID) to start the DealHub session.

### Get a DealHub API Key

1. Sign in to DealHub as an admin.

2. Create or copy an API key. See the [DealHub documentation](https://dealhub.io/) or contact your DealHub account team for current instructions.

3. Copy the key. You'll enter it in Statisfy in the next step.

<Warning>
  Keep the API key secure. Anyone with the key can act on your DealHub account.
</Warning>

### Steps to Connect with Statisfy

1. **Log in to Statisfy.**

2. In Statisfy, open the **Integrations** page and select the **Admin Apps** tab. Find the **DealHub** card, click **Connect**, paste your DealHub API key into the **API Key** field, and click **Connect**.

3. Turn on the DealHub actions. Go to **Settings → Config**, choose **Admin**, and open the **Integrations** tab. Select **Enable DealHub Links in Statisfy (Requires DealHub to be connected.)** and click **Save**.

### Create a Quote or Open a Proposal Page

1. Open an existing opportunity to bring up the **Edit Opportunity** panel.

2. Scroll to **DealHub Actions** below the opportunity fields.

3. Click one of the actions:
   * **Create Quote** creates a DealHub quote for the opportunity.
   * **Proposal Page** opens the opportunity's DealHub proposal page.

4. A dialog tracks each step: **Fetching DealHub access token**, then creating the quote or preparing the proposal page, then **Redirecting to DealHub**. DealHub opens in a new tab when it's ready.

<Tip>
  If your browser blocks the new tab, use the **DealHub URL** link or the **Open DealHub** button in the dialog.
</Tip>

### Troubleshooting

<Accordion title="DealHub Actions don't appear on an opportunity">
  * Confirm **Enable DealHub Links in Statisfy** is turned on under **Settings → Config → Admin → Integrations**.
  * DealHub Actions only appear on **existing** opportunities that are linked to a CRM opportunity. They don't appear when you create a new opportunity.
</Accordion>

<Accordion title="The dialog fails at Fetching DealHub access token">
  * Check that the DealHub API key hasn't been revoked. If it has, reopen the **DealHub** card and click **Update** to enter a fresh key.
  * Check that your Salesforce integration is connected. Statisfy needs it to start the DealHub session.
</Accordion>

<Accordion title="The dialog shows an error from DealHub">
  * The dialog shows the error message DealHub returned. Check that the opportunity exists in your CRM and is available to DealHub, then try again.
  * If you see **No URL returned from DealHub**, DealHub completed the request but didn't return a page to open. Contact your DealHub admin or [support@statisfy.com](mailto:support@statisfy.com).
</Accordion>
