# My Meetings

> View and manage your upcoming and past meetings from the Dashboard.

The **My Meetings** section on the Dashboard gives you quick access to your scheduled and completed meetings. Track upcoming calls, review past conversations, and filter by tags or date ranges.

### Accessing My Meetings

Navigate to **My Meetings** from the sidebar menu (under Dashboard).

### Meeting Tabs

Your meetings are organized into two tabs:

| Tab          | Description                                                         |
| ------------ | ------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **Upcoming** | Meetings scheduled for the future, pulled from your synced calendar |
| **History** | Past meetings with recorded notes and AI-generated summaries |

### Upcoming Meetings

The **Upcoming** tab shows your future meetings in chronological order. Each meeting card displays:

* Meeting title
* Date and time
* Attendees
* Associated account (if linked)
* NoteTaker status (whether a bot will join)

<Tip>
  If you want Statisfy's NoteTaker to automatically join your meetings, configure it in **Admin > Settings > NoteTaker Settings**. See [Managing NoteTaker Settings](/admin/managing_notetaker_settings) for details.
</Tip>

### Meeting History

The **History** tab shows completed meetings. Each entry includes:

* Meeting title and date
* Attendees
* AI-generated summary (if NoteTaker was present)
* Sentiment analysis
* Tags applied to the meeting

Click on any meeting to view the full activity detail, including notes, key takeaways, and action items.

### Filtering Meetings

Use the filters at the top to narrow your meeting list:

**Tag Filters:**

* Filter by one or more tags to find meetings related to specific topics
* Tags are applied to meetings during or after the call

**Date Range:**

* Select a predefined range (today, this week, this month)
* Or set a custom date range to find meetings in a specific period

### Navigating to Activity Details

Click on any meeting in either tab to open the full activity record. From there you can:

* Read the complete meeting notes
* Review AI-generated fields (sentiment, key takeaways)
* Add or edit tags
* Share the activity with colleagues
