# Activity Report

> View admin-level engagement analytics and person-level activity metrics.

The **Activity Report** gives you a comprehensive view of team engagement across all accounts. Use it to track activity volumes, identify engagement gaps, and monitor person-level interaction metrics.

  The Activity Report is available to users with admin permissions only.

### Accessing the Activity Report

Navigate to **Activity Report** from the sidebar menu (under Dashboard).

### Report Columns

The report table shows engagement metrics broken down by team member:

| Column                 | Description                                                                                                                                                                 |
| ---------------------- | --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **Team Member**        | Team member name                                                                                                                                                            |
| **Account Details**    | Total accounts and total ARR, with percentage of accounts that have positive (green) health                                                                                 |
| **Engagement Details** | Detailed breakdown including: number of meetings (with green %), calendar vs actual meeting hours, customer-initiated and user-initiated email counts with response metrics |

### Time Period Selection

Use the date range selector to analyze engagement over different periods. You can select predefined ranges or set a custom date range.

### Using the Activity Report

  Sort by total activities in ascending order to find team members whose accounts have the fewest interactions. These may need coaching or support.

  Compare the same time period across different months to identify whether overall engagement is increasing or declining.

<Accordion title="Balance Workloads">
  Use the report to understand how engagement is distributed across your team. Uneven distributions may indicate workload imbalances.

  Review the Activity Report weekly in team meetings to keep engagement top-of-mind and identify accounts that need attention before health scores decline.
