# Campaigns Overview

> Create and manage email and survey campaigns to engage your customers.

Campaigns enable you to reach out to customers at scale through email and survey campaigns. Target specific audiences, track engagement, and measure results.

### Campaign Types

### Campaign Statuses

| Status        | Description                              |
| ------------- | ---------------------------------------- |
| **Draft**     | Campaign is being created, can be edited |
| **Published** | Campaign is active                       |
| **Scheduled** | Campaign set to launch at a future date  |
| **Completed** | Campaign has ended                       |

### Accessing Campaigns

Navigate to **Campaigns** from the main menu to:

* View all campaigns
* Create new campaigns
* Manage audiences
* View analytics

### Workflow

1. **Create an Audience** - Define who should receive your campaign
2. **Build Your Campaign** - Choose type, template, and settings
3. **Test** - Send test emails to verify content
4. **Publish** - Launch the campaign
5. **Monitor** - Track engagement and responses

### Campaign Emails on Account Timelines

When a campaign email is sent, it automatically appears as an activity on the account timeline for each recipient's account. This gives account owners and CSMs full visibility into all outreach — including mass campaigns — directly from the account page.

Each campaign activity shows:

* Campaign name
* Email subject line
* Date the email was sent
* Number of contacts at the account who received it

  Historical campaign emails are also backfilled to account timelines, so past campaign activity is visible alongside other interactions.

* Verified sender domain (configured by admin)

**For Survey Campaigns:**
