# Account revenue metric (ARR or MRR)

> Choose whether the revenue amount Statisfy syncs from your CRM is annual (ARR) or monthly (MRR) recurring revenue.

The **Account revenue metric** setting tells Statisfy what the account revenue amount from your CRM represents: annual recurring revenue (ARR) or monthly recurring revenue (MRR). ARR is the default.

Use MRR if your team tracks revenue monthly and the CRM field you map for revenue holds a monthly amount.

## How it works

* Statisfy stores the value from your mapped CRM revenue field as-is. It never converts between ARR and MRR. For example, Statisfy does not multiply an MRR value by 12.
* The setting only changes the label. With MRR selected, Statisfy shows **MRR** (Monthly Recurring Revenue) everywhere it would otherwise show **ARR**.
* Labels that follow the setting include:
  * Account and opportunity grids, including column headers and aggregate cards
  * Dashboard metric cards, such as total revenue and renewals due, overdue, and closed
  * Account and opportunity exports
  * Renewal views, such as the renewal waterfall
  * Workflow notifications
  * Stella and digital workers, which describe the amount as ARR or MRR in their answers
  * The revenue mapping in your [Salesforce](https://help.statisfy.com/integrations/salesforce) and [HubSpot](https://help.statisfy.com/integrations/hubspot_integration.md) integration settings

## Set the revenue metric

You need admin access to change this setting.

1. Go to **Settings → General**.
2. Find **Account revenue metric**.
3. Select **ARR (Annual Recurring Revenue)** or **MRR (Monthly Recurring Revenue)**.

The new labels can take up to a minute to appear.

> [!NOTE]
>
> Make sure the CRM field you map for revenue holds the metric you select. If you switch to MRR but the mapped field still holds an annual amount, Statisfy labels annual values as MRR. Update the revenue field mapping in your CRM integration at the same time.
